Today was kind of a long day, so I went for something easy and quick to supplement dinner- Brussels sprouts!

 
Basically, I just cut up some Brussels sprouts and seasoned with garlic powder, olive oil, fleur de sel, and black and red pepper.  

  

 I tossed them in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. They were super tender and flavorful! Highly recommended!
