I love green beans. Honestly, they’re one of my favorite vegetables and this might be my favorite recipe for them.
I started by cleaning and cutting up a pound of green beans. In a large skillet, I cooked a tablespoon of sesame seeds in a tablespoon of olive oil until the seeds began to darken. Then, I added the beans and cooked until they turned bright green.
Next, I added a quarter cup of chicken broth to the beans, along with salt and pepper. Then, I covered and cooked for ten minutes until tender. Last, I uncovered the beans and allowed to cook until all of the broth had evaporated out.
