Hey guys! This is a super quick post, but I’m very excited about my recipes for the rest of this week! Can’t wait to share!

You’ll need:

  • One lb potatoes (I used baby potatoes- purple and yellow)
  • One and a half tablespoons of olive oil
  • One tablespoon dried rosemary
  • One and a half teaspoons salt

This is really straightforward. Start by washing your potatoes and cutting them into small, bite-sized pieces. Toss in a bowl with your other ingredients and line a baking sheet with tin foil. 

  Preheat your oven to 425 and transfer potatoes to the baking sheet. Pop in the oven for about 35 minutes or until browned and crisp on the outside.  

 

These are super easy, but the flavored are great and pure! Perfect as a quick side with soup or just to round out a plate of veggies!
