Hey guys! This is a super quick post, but I’m very excited about my recipes for the rest of this week! Can’t wait to share!
- One lb potatoes (I used baby potatoes- purple and yellow)
- One and a half tablespoons of olive oil
- One tablespoon dried rosemary
- One and a half teaspoons salt
This is really straightforward. Start by washing your potatoes and cutting them into small, bite-sized pieces. Toss in a bowl with your other ingredients and line a baking sheet with tin foil.
These are super easy, but the flavored are great and pure! Perfect as a quick side with soup or just to round out a plate of veggies!
