Today’s sweet and simple with a one pot pasta in a meat sauce!


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 16 oz chicken broth
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 3/4 tbsp oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 lb spaghetti
  • 1/3 cup parmesan


Start by cooking up your ground beef in a large, deep pan with the onion, carrot, and garlic powder. Once mostly browned through, pour in the chicken broth and chopped tomatoes (without the liquid). Stir in the basil and oregano, along with some salt and pepper. Lastly, add in the spaghetti. Then, simmer gently until the spaghetti seems fully cooked through and the sauce is warmed thoroughly. Add in the parmesan cheese as the final touch and combine. Then serve!
