These are so good, y’all. They only take six ingredients and 15 minutes to get into the oven. You have to give these a try.
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup halved pecans
- 1 cup softened butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs one at a time. Then, stir in the vanilla and flour. Lastly, fold in the pecans.
Take a muffin tin and grease 8 or 9 of the cups. Divide the batter evenly among these, filling just below completely full. Then, just bake for about 20 minutes or until fully set and browned on edges.
