If you love bread (who doesn’t??), this ones for you.
- 1 package instant yeast
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 cup hot water
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 c whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 c olive oil
- Sea salt
Then, add the salt and the remainder of the flour and whole wheat flour, working in small increments in almost all of it is incorporated and an elastic dough texture has been formed. Turn out and knead until smooth. Let rise in a covered and greased bowl for 2 hours.
Then, turn the dough out agai to release trapped air. Coat a baking sheet thinly with olive oil. Spread the dough out onto the prepared sheet until you have a rectangle with a thickness of about 1/2 an inch. Poke holes along the dough with your finger on even intervals.
Let rise for 2 hours and preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Once dough has risen, coat with remaining olive oil, Rosemary, and sea salt (applied to personal preference). Then, bake for 20-25 minutes.
